Germany's Basketball superstar Dirk Nowitzki was asked, who - in his opinion - is the greatest German ever. With a smile in his face he said: Heinz Erhard.

Heinz Erhard was comedian, actor, poet and composer, he died June 5th, 1979.

And what can I say - (when it comes to entertainment) he is true. Every contemporary German comedian learnded from him (if he's good), end even today there's no one that brings me more enjoyment ...

Dirk plays with the German national team the European Championship, the have to make it to the first three teams to qualify for the Olympics. It's amazing who down-to-earth this guy is, earing $90 million for 6 sessions from his Club Dallas Mavericks. If he stays that way, i may very well be regarded as the greatest German sportman ever (in a line with Max Schmeling) ... long after Boris Becker and Michael Schumacher have been forgotten ...
