When it comes to my favourite bands, U2 are on the top of the list almost as long as David Bowie and Cock Robin. When I was young - very long ago - there was no party without 'Sunday bloody sunday' ... having no idea what this song is about ... There's a lot U2 have in common with Bowie - not only that Bono and David are friends and dueted on 'Gloria' in Cleveland 1990, they are facing the challenge to reinvent their musical style with every new record (both very much influenced by Brian Eno) on highest level and they have the best organized online community outthere in worldwideweb.
